Vineall Ambulance was established in Oneida, New York in November 1990 by the Vineall family and has been successfully operating as an Advanced Life Support / Basic Life Support agency for more than 30 years.

Vineall Ambulance is the largest ambulance agency in Madison County and has six state of the art ambulances that respond to over 5,400 emergency calls each year. Our service area includes the City of Oneida and the City of Sherrill, as well as the Towns of Vernon, Verona, Stockbridge, and Vienna.

We staff three fulltime ALS ambulances that run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assure that medical coverage is just a phone call away.
Vineall Ambulance has a 24-hour on-site dispatch center in addition to receiving emergency calls that come in from both the Madison County and the Oneida County 911 centers. Our ambulances are equipped with global positioning satellite systems to allow out dispatch center the ability to know the location of each of our units which saves precious time when emergency responses are needed.
Our agency also staffs a certified fulltime mechanic to assure that our ambulance fleet is ready to roll each time an emergency call is received.
Vineall Ambulance regularly assists with training medical students from the Madison-Oneida County BOCES program as well as EMS students from Midstate EMS.
At Vineall Ambulance, our billing department is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. five days a week and all of our billing is done in house which means we do not turn over your protected health information to third party billing companies. We employ two insurance specialists and a certified ambulance coder who can assist you with all your billing needs.
